1. The more feature located at the right of each task allows for additional setting to be performed. This includes:
- View Task Detail
- Assign Task To Agent
- Edit Task
- Delete Task
2. You can view Multiple Task Detail by clicking on the "More" button and select "Task Detail" from the drop down menu.
3. "Multiple Task Detail" dialog box opened successfully.
4. Click on "Close" located at the bottom right of the dialo to close dialog box.
