1. The task feature provides various type of task creation for the user to choose on.
2. Example of task creation include:
- Pick up
- Delivery
- Pick Up & Delivery
- Appointment
3. Apart from that, the task created will be assigned to the user's own rider or agent
4. You can create “Task" with us by clicking on the "New Task" button and Task Selection dialog box will appear select "Create Simple Task"
5. Click on "Cancel" button to close task selection dialog box.
6. "New Task" dialog box will appear and you can fill in task details.
(Tips: Please fill in all the required details before clicking on "Create")
7. Click on "Close" button to close New Task dialog box
